1. What Reva does
Reva is an AI-powered tool that generates and publishes replies to your Google Business reviews. You connect your Google Business account, and Reva helps you respond faster using AI.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for all replies published through your account. Always review AI-generated responses before publishing. Do not use Reva to post misleading, offensive, or fake content.
3. AI limitations
AI-generated replies may contain inaccuracies or be inappropriate for your situation. Reva provides these as drafts — you have full control over what gets published.
4. Subscriptions
Free accounts have limited AI replies per month. Paid plans offer higher limits. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
5. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
6. Limitation of liability
Reva is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content or any service interruptions.
